Returns & Refund Policy

For your peace of mind, this policy is deliberately written in plain language and not interspersed with legal jargon designed to trip you up. We recognise that some customers will change their mind and we are quite willing to accommodate this, but there are a few rules and guidelines, so please read the notes below.

UK law you are entitled to a “cooling off” period for goods you buy online. You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase for a period of 7 days following receipt of your order. However we have decided to extend this period to 14 days to provide you with peace of mind.

If you decide to take advantage of this extended cooling off period we will refund the price paid, including the delivery costs, but we will not cover the cost of you returning the goods to us, unless there was a mistake on our part or the goods were faulty or the goods were essentially not as described. Please note, we will only refund a cost equivalent to 1^st or 2^nd class postal charges and we ask that you obtain a FREE ‘certificate of posting’ which is available from your local Post Office. Please ensure that before you return any goods, for whatever reason, that you contact us first and receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, this allows us to track your return and process things quickly.

Firstly, we advise all our customers to immediately inspect the items we have delivered before they remove the packaging and or tags for any obvious defect. Please do not remove the tags, labels or wear the belt unless you intend to keep it, we will not offer any refunds for goods which cannot be resold as new, apart from faulty or damaged items.

To reiterate, to be eligible for a full refund, you must return the items (s) in the same condition as they were received, with all packaging, tags and shrink wrap intact, and the return must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we reserve the right not to offer refunds on goods that have been commissioned, designed or personalised by you. If you receive a bespoke item that is damaged or faulty, you should immediately contact us in writing with a description of the damaged or faulty item. We will at our sole discretion arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

If you return an item(s) which was purchased as part of a larger order and where a discount was applied, we will recalculate the order as if the item you are returning was not included as part of the original order, and we will refund the difference. For example, if you purchased two belts and received a discount of £5 as a reward for purchasing two, we will (assuming you return just one belt), refund you the selling price less the £5 discount. This will also apply if you return a faulty item for a refund rather than an exchange. If you are not clear on this policy, please contact us before placing your order or returning any items.

We will process refunds within 2 working days of receipt and acceptance of your item(s) and we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be applied to the account you used for the purchase; debit card, credit card, PayPal etc. However, you need to be aware that some processors take longer than others to show the refunds on your account. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us. That notwithstanding, you can be assured that once we have confirmed your refund, it will have been processed by us.
