What is your Returns & Refunds Policy?

We want our customers to have confidence in us and, therefore, we operate a generous 14 day refund policy. The Returns & Refund Policy is not littered with legal jargon, instead it has been outlines in plain English. Our Returns & Refund Policy can be viewed at any time by referring to the left hand side of the store front and selecting the link under "Customer Support".

Are you designer belts genuine?

Yes, we only source designer belts from reputable sources who can trace the goods and provide us with necessary undertaking as to the authenticity of the belts. We would never knowingly source or sell a fake, replica or copy belt. To do so would undermine the brand, our reputation and destroy the trust and confidence of our customers.

How can you sell genuine designer belts at such low prices?

Many High Street stores buy designer belts direct from the manufacturers in bulk, however, once their stocks are very low, it is not viable for them to keep them on the shelves, because shelf space is valuable and limited. Many will sell discontinued or excess stock to specialist wholesalers, who in turn, sell these products to the secondary market. Although supplies are often limited, we will source attractive products and pass on the savings to our customers. Everyone wins.

How can I tell if a designer product is fake?

Some of the replicas are astonishingly similar to the genuine items, so there is no hard and fast rules. However, typically, genuine discounted designer belts will only be available in limited numbers and they will come with tags. Depending on the manufacturer, some will come with certificates of authenticity and/or tags. However, the easiest way to avoid buying a fake designer belt is to look at the store, this can be very telling. Typically stores selling fake products will have strange domain names (website addresses), they will use descriptive terms such as "cheap", something that no reputable retailer would do. In addition, the will often fail to describe the belts and/or have poorly written descriptions. Some stores are just 'fronts' for companies operating overseas, where English is not their first language. Other clues include the same store front (content, descriptions etc), with a different trading name and a range of belts from different manufacturers, but with remarkably similar pricing structures. Many of these store fronts do not include any identifying information on the website, such as trading name, operating address, company registration number etc. This is a legal requirement in the UK and most developed countries, so whilst it is not a definitive sign, it is an indication to be cautious. Finally, unless you are very lucky indeed, you are unlikely to find genuine designer belts from the major fashion houses for under £75. The points outlined here are indicative of organisations selling fake products, and this i provided as a guide only.

Do I have to register to purchase products from you?

No. However, the information you provide for registration is identical to that used to process new orders, therefore it is sensible to take the time to register. Some of the benefits of registration include: the ability to automate the process for returning goods, a record of your past and current purchases, the ability to subscribe to our newsletter and receive exclusive offers and advice on the latest stock, the option to save your shopping cart and return at a letter time to process or clear the cart. Will I you ‘SPAM’ me if I subscribe to your newsletter?

No. In fact, we undertake not to send you more than 2 offers and 1 newsletter in any given month. We recognise that our customers will soon lose patience if we send too many communications. In addition, in every marketing communication we send, there will be an ‘unsubscribe link’, this is an automated process and if you follow this link, you will no longer receive any marketing communications unless you subscribe again.

I am unsure about the different types of leather described here?

Yes, we recognise that some of the terms are confusing and with this in mind, we have produced a Belt Buyers Guide which describes the most typical types of leather or manufacturing processes. If your questions are not answered there, then you are welcome to Contact Us.

How soon will I receive my order?

Where products are in stock, we typically aim to process the order within 2 working days, therefore, allowing for delivery times, we would expect you to receive your order within 5 working days. However, we will keep you informed, if you have registered with us, we will let you know by email as soon as your order is despatched.

Do you offer an Express Delivery option?

Yes, however the costs are often disproportionate to the price of the belt, therefore we do not encourage or promote this service.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes.

How can I be sure if I am ordering the right size?

Manufacturers have different definitions of Small, Large, XL, 2XL and so on; therefore, we have attempted to deal with this in our guide: Belt Size Guide. In addition, where practicable, we have indicated the actual size in the ‘drop down box’ under each product. In terms of measurements, as a general rule, the interpretation placed by manufacturers on belt with a specific size (as opposed to a size range) is measured from the centre hole to the bottom of the buckle. If I have to return a product, who pays?

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information, but as a general rule, if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind, or have ordered the wrong size, colour etc; then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In the event that it is our mistake or the goods are faulty, we will refund you the cost of postage provided you follow our returns procedure
